Learn to create characters and develop social skills through puppets and play!
About the Workshop
At all ages, creating characters helps students explore their emotions and develop their ability to communicate. Teachers will gain tools to bring whimsy and storytelling into the classroom to enhance social emotional learning through puppetry and character creation. You will come away with a toolbox of puppet-making techniques that are affordable and flexible, as well as your own hand-made puppet.
This workshop is geared toward TK-5th grade teachers.
