Women's Group

This weekly group provides a collective space for building social bonds with other female identified women (cis gendered, trans, nonbinary, femme +) while engaging in structured discussion, creative arts activities, mindful movement, writing, and playful activities. You’ll be encouraged to explore who you are in community with other participants, and deepen your connection to yourself and to others. Topics will center on group participants’ needs, but examples are: self esteem, body image, identity, life transitions, relationship patterns, mental health, and career stress. Participants can expect to benefit from the group by experiencing peer support, shared vulnerability, and facilitated feedback to lower stress, feel more grounded in self, and increase social interaction, in addition to developing insight to coping skills and potential triggers to overwhelm.

This is a drop in group, with no long term commitment necessary. Each group will be different with varying modalities as part of the structure. The cost is $30 per participant. RSVP is required. A consent form will be sent prior to group start.
