This module explores the relationship between companies and financial markets. You'll cover company types and corporate governance, an overview of capital markets, financial instruments and trading, market participants and investment strategies, financial regulation and ethics, analysis and valuation, global capital markets, and the emerging trends and technologies reshaping finance — across EU and global contexts.
What you'll gain:
- A solid grasp of companies and the role capital markets play in the global economy.
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, market participants and investment strategies.

How you'll learn:
