Pakistani × Italian. Three courses. No holding back on the spice.

HEATWAVE is a one-night seated dinner from Mehfil × Le Bar Berlin, bringing together the bold, vibrant flavours of Pakistan and Italy in a menu designed to turn up the temperature.

Across three courses, the two cuisines collide through shared obsessions with acidity, smoke, richness, herbs, slow cooking, and, of course, heat. Our menu will be laced with the fragrant chili oil from EiGHT's CHiLi (@eightschili). Expect dishes that flirt, tease, linger, then burn. Smoky, tangy, unexpected, and unapologetically spiced.

This is a conversation between two food cultures that know a thing or two about big flavour, generous tables, and feeding people properly. Familiar ingredients get pushed somewhere new, with each course playing with a different expression of spice, from the kind that quietly builds to the kind you definitely can't ignore.

Led by Shanzeh, Mehfil draws on the flavours and traditions of Pakistani cooking while creating something playful, contemporary, and entirely its own.

Le Bar is a culinary design studio crafting immersive dining experiences that taste like memory. Known for its visually stunning and emotionally resonant events, Le Bar turns the act of eating into an aesthetic passage. Led by Italian-American chef and founder Juliana Valcarenghi, Le Bar draws on her Italian heritage and a very serious belief that feeding people is one of the purest forms of love.
