Enjoy a grand Mindanawan feast featuring fresh seafood flown in from Zamboanga’s iconic Alavar, along with childhood dishes from the family table of Chef Miggy Moreno of the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand-awarded Palm Grill and Cabel. Additionally, discover lesser-known Mindanawan dishes waiting to be explored.
Participate in cooking classes, including "The Art of Zamboanga Seafood" with Alavar’s Jomari Alfaro, featuring Chavacano Paella Negra, Alavar Arroz de la Mar, and Pitik con Salsa Blanca. There will also be a class on "Cooking the Halal Way: Everyday Dishes Made Halal" with Certified Halal Chef Hannah Yasmin E. Usman-Yang.
