Target AudiencePhysicians, nurse providers, pharmacists, physician assistants, specialists, care managers, medical directors, nurses, dietitians, social worker and anyone taking care of patients with diabetes. All providers taking care of safety-net patients are welcome. In conjunction with the NYC Health + Hospitals.

Explain how to use lifestyle medicine to improve the care of patients with diabetes, including MASLD.3. Use strategies to prevent complications from diabetes.
