Do you remember the vibe of a great house party? Friends of friends gather at someone's home, everyone brings drinks and snacks to share and you get a chance to meet and hang out with lots of interesting people. Saturday September 26th will have the same vibe but better because the party is in our Baumhaus Loft and we have a great band, a super groovy DJ, a clever MC and you!

The main space will be an Open Greeting Zone all night long so you can meet plenty of people in between dancing and hanging out. The back room will be our chill space to relax or participate in a free 1/2 hour mini workshop or intervention. Pay one price to cover the cost of the musicians and the space, feel free to bring your own drinks and food. Make a cocktail, healthy smoothie or prepare simple food in the kitchen. There will be coffee, tea and water for free all night long.

This next era of our great adventure together features Berlin’s new grooviest band, “June May July”, a 4 piece instrumental band that plays ‘psychedelic funk’. When this band plays it is absolutely irresistible to dance, and on this evening, irresistible for freestyle MC Daddy Cool a.k.a. Scottie B (NYC/Berlin) and other special guests to dive into some creative flowing lyricism.

After the band, we will be graced with selected groovy cuts mixed by DJ Li Xuxa. Born and raised in Berlin, Li is an artist who grew up around a lot of music, which she sees as a way for people to connect to each other and themselves. As a dancer, music is intrinsically linked to movement for her, be it movement of the body or the mind. Her DJ sets span different genres including hip hop, r n' b, soul, funk, raggae, house, jungle, drum and bass, and more. Having lived and performed across different European cities, she returns to Berlin to bring some of her groove to Baumhaus.
