How long does participation take?

Plan for about 90 minutes total, from check-in through completion.

Is the experience free?

Yes. Eligible participants who complete the study receive complimentary Flyover admission (regularly $40+).

Who is eligible to participate?

Participants must be 18 or older, bring a valid photo ID, and meet Flyover's ride requirements. Final eligibility is confirmed during registration and onsite check-in. Flyover terms and conditions: https://www.experienceflyover.com/lasvegas/terms-conditions/

Can I register for someone else?

No. Each participant must register individually.

Can I bring or invite someone?

Accepted Answer

Yes! But everyone needs to register individually. If you want to come together, register for the same showtime. You're also welcome to invite others — they don't have to come to your showtime, and can pick whichever time works best for their schedule.

What should I bring?

A valid photo ID and your Eventbrite confirmation (digital or printed).

What happens if I'm late?

Accepted Answer

Late arrival may result in losing your place in that session. You may be able to join a later session if space is available, but this is not guaranteed.

Question 8

Does my Eventbrite ticket guarantee a seat?

Accepted Answer

No. Each showtime has 15 seats, and some sessions may be slightly overbooked in case of no-shows. If a session fills, priority goes to the first 15 eligible participants who check in on time. You may be offered a later session if space is available.
