What to Expect:Have you ever wondered what enables some people to achieve more than others when all else seems equal? Have you ever felt that life&#x27;s challenges keep you from reaching your potential? We all get stuck and we all face adversity. How we deal with adversity and turn obstacles into opportunity is a key factor in our success. The higher our adversity quotient, the greater our ability to elevate performance. In this session, we&#x27;ll be discussing how adversity quotient is a predicate to elevating your success and performance in business and life. I trust that you will leave with a few new ideas, some practical tips, and encouragement. Speaker: Erik NormanErik Norman is the Senior Vice President Sales &amp; Marketing at Bolger Inc., a leading print and marketing services provider in Minneapolis. His career has included serving as President/CEO of a multi-national company and in various executive &amp; management roles. Erik is known for his focus on delivering results through practical strategy development and execution, operational excellence, and motivational leadership. His unique fingerprint is helping people and companies get “unstuck.” Erik is a Board Member of the Association For Print Technologies, as well as a Board Member of Lift Up a Hopkins based non-profit that funds critical humanitarian projects locally and internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.
