REIKI I

A space to begin a journey of reconnection, presence, and inner balance.

Reiki is an energetic practice that invites us to connect with our natural ability to relax, listen to our bodies, and cultivate greater awareness of our energy.

In this first level, you will learn the foundations of Reiki, its history, principles, and practice, as well as tools that you can incorporate into your daily life and use in your own wellness journey.

Through guided practices and experiential work, we will explore how to bring greater presence and harmony to the body, mind, emotions, and energy.

Reiki I is an invitation to begin within: to listen, feel, and reconnect with your own essence.

This class offers continuing education credits for Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) in Texas.

Meet the Facilitators:

Julieta
Multidimensional Energy Healer and Life Coach, with experience in meditation, Reiki, crystal healing, Angel Therapy, and chakra balancing. After 41 years as a geologist, she integrates her scientific knowledge of the Earth with her spiritual and energetic experience to support processes of balance, awareness, and transformation.

Jesu
Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician in Texas and New York, Family Constellator, and Holistic Wellness Practitioner with over 13 years of experience. His work integrates therapeutic massage, Reiki, Family Constellations, energy work, ancestral wisdom, yoga, tantric practices, and ancestral ceremonies.

His approach embraces the whole person: body, mind, emotions, energy, and relationships, creating spaces of presence, awareness, compassion, and respect for each person's individual process.
