June 22nd 10am! 2024-2025 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Orientation! Come meet your instructors, gather information and ask WHY this is the time for YOU to start this journey. This training is geared toward anyone wanting to deepen their level of practice and understanding of the practice of yoga. The training is an amazing foundation to facilitate personal healing, teach others in your community and use as an added tool in your already existing career.
