Are you longing for a weekend reprieve from the uncertainties and pressures of everyday life? Would you like to reset your nervous system? Would you like to find calm clarity so that you can support your loved ones and community?

This 2-day interactive Stress Detox course is designed to answer and fulfill all of these yearnings. It is a combination of ancient Indian practices as well as modern science. Through a combination of guided meditations, reflections and group interactions, many aspects of your being will be cleansed of accumulated stress and anxiety. As your un-ease drops away, your natural potential for well-being, calm and resilience will arise.

The program was created in Southern India by contemporary sages and philosophers, Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji. Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji are known for their original teachings, meditation practices and mystic processes that have helped millions of people around the globe.

The course is well suited for both those with no previous meditation experience as well as those who have had a lifelong meditation practice.

Saturday, May 17th: 9.00am-6.00pm, Sunday, May 18th 8:00am-6.00pm. There will be ample time provided for lunch, snacks and contemplation or nature walks.

Location: Barnard, VT

Course Fee: $200 .... $150 for Seniors, Students and Repeaters. There are a limited number of scholarships available. Please contact us if financial support is helpful.

What to bring: Notebook & pen, Yoga mat/blanket, water bottle, comfortable clothes, sack lunch, snacks and walking shoes, if desired.

Is meditation experience necessary?

No meditation experience is needed. You will be gently guided and will practice at your own rate and comfort level.

Is this an overnight event with lodging?

No, the program is two full days with an abundance of lodging nearby. Feel free to contact the event organizers for recommendations.

Are meals included?

Meals are not included. However, time will be scheduled to enjoy lunch and snacks you bring from home or the Barnard General Store is a short 5 minute drive.

Are both days required?

Yes. Each day is dependent on the other for continuity and comprehension. + Add question
