2 Day embroidery and Bookbinding Experience. Spend 2 Days creating your own book to cherish or gift to someone. Your book will be made with handmade paper and a hard back cover - covered in block printed paper ( there will be several color options to choose from). We will hand stitch/embroider linen ribbons with coordinating threads and stitches. We will stitch our bindings with waxed linen threads using a combination of stitches one being French Link.
On Day 1 - (Friday June 7, 2024- 8:30 - 3:00 We will prepare our covers after making our color selections, fold our signatures and embroider our linen ribbons.
On Day 2 (Saturday, June 8, 2024) 9:30 -3 We will finish embroidery and assemble our books.
A light breakfast provided both days along with lunch, and of course snacks and wine.
ALL supplies and food included in the cost.

There will be steps to go up and down into the studio.
