Every participant will be guided step by step to create their own unique cut colour cut fusion creation using the approach from day 1.

Anna Pacitto

Co-owner and co-artistic director of Montreal’s prestigious Salon Pure, Pure Academy, and the Pure group. She is a global platform artist, and has been a Canadian artistic director for an international brand for 17 years, Anna Pacitto’s illustrious career firmly places her at the top of her craft. She is the winner of numerous prestigious awards, including Canadian Master Hairstylist of the Year (four times), NAHA MasterNorth American Stylist of the Year, and NAHA North American Stylist of the Year. Salon Pure has won three NAHAs as Salon Team of the Year and collectively the Pure group has won 17 NAHA awards. Anna’s list of accomplishments embodies the aspirations of countless hair professionals and makes her one of the most empowering and knowledgeable artists on the Davines Artistic Team.

Passionate about education and the Davines brand, Anna approaches each course with the goal to encourage enthusiasm “about the endless possibilities in this amazing industry while feeling closer to a responsible company like Davines”. Her creative vision and technical expertise intensified by the Davines philosophy offer an extraordinary classroom experience.

Roch Lemay

Roch is a celebrated color expert and mentor who has empowered other hair professionals with his knowledge and skills for over 30 years. He received the prestigious NAHA and Contessa Hair Colourist of the Year awards in 2001 for his vision and exceptional work in hair color. His background in graphic art influenced him to excel in the art and science of hair color. He became part of the Davines family in 2017 and created the Colour Mentoring Interactive Learning Space, a globally recognized program that mentors hairdressers to become color mixologists. Most recently, he was recognized with the Color Innovator of the Year award from Davines in 2024 for his vision and contribution to the brand.
