1. Is a payment(s) refundable?

Yes. Payment is only refundable if requested no later than May 5th, or if the event is cancelled.

2. I have a family of 4 or 6, is it possible that we secure a table of our own?

The tables that will be available sits 6 to 8 people counting both ends of the table, so YES you can secure one for your family only, you will just have to come as soon as possible because no seats or tables are reserved. The doors open at 11:00a for check-in and seating of your choice.

3. What criteria must be met to be crowned the "Mother of the Year" and what will she receive?

There's no criteria, once you become an attendee, (which means you have registered and paid the fee, your name will be entered into a drawing) and someone in the audience will pull from the box of names. That lucky mother will receive a crown on her head and be serenaded with other gifts.

4. How to win one of the Mother's Day gift that will be given away?

The same way as winning the Mother of the year--your name, once registered, goes in a drawing and hopefully someone in the audience will pull your name. The great thing about winning is your name is in the box for a chance to win Mother of the Year or the other gifts give-a-ways.

5. Will there be accommodations for newborn and infant?

Unfortunately, this event/celebration isn't equipped with baby hi chairs so you will need to bring either a baby seat or baby carrier.

6. What does the buffet menu consist of?

The buffet menu will be off the chain, some of the food items will be: Turkey breast and dressing; ham, peas, giblet gravy, greens, bbq ribs, potato salad, mac & cheese, a salad bar, peach cobbler, and much much more food items. Drinks will include: tea, homemade lemonade, sprite, coke, etc.....

7. Do I have to come at 11:00a .

NO. You are welcome to come any time between 11:00a-2:00p because the event is over at 3p. However, it is better to come as soon as you can so that you can choose your own seating because no tables are reserved, but a seat will be available for you and others that you register.

8. Are pets or service dogs allowed?

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SERVICE DOGS are allowed at this event. Animals shouldn't be in close proximity of food and some people are fearful of animals whether it be dogs, cats, etc.
