What is the cost to attend the conference?

The cost of the conference itself is FREE, including lunch. You will be responsible for any fees to park in the nearby parking areas. Rates are $3.00 per hour or ranging from $15-$20 for the day.

What is the menu for lunch?

Lunch will be provided by Simplot (thank you!). The menu is still to be determined, but if you have any special diet requirements please let us know.

Can we bring our own food or drinks?

Coffee and water will be provided. Water is allowed in the auditorium, but no other food or drinks are permitted.

Can my organization set up a resource table at the conference?

No, we will not be having any resource tables because all of our resource organizations are there to learn about other resources. The best way to do that is to attend all of the sessions and spend time networking during lunch.
