Join English Professor Polly Hawk from KCKCC to learn about the art of close reading to better understand and enjoy mystery writers and gain insight into solving the mystery, featuring the Grand Dame of mystery herself Agatha Christie.

What is "One Book Many Neighbors?"

"One Book Many Neighbors" is an annual Adult Summer Reading Program that Leavenworth County libraries collaborate to bring to our patrons. Participants read a book of short stories and attend programs at the different libraries culminating in a fun, end of Summer party.

How do I participate in "One Book Many Neighbors?"

Stop by any of the participating Leavenworth County libraries (Leavenworth, Tonganoxie, Atchison, Basehor, Bonner Springs, Linwood, and Lansing) to pick up your "Passport" with all the details you need to solve the mystery. If you attend one program, you'll get a ticket to the end of Summer party!
