Get ready to celebrate with family and friends at the 19th Annual Bears Picnic Family Reunion, July 25-28, 2024, in Blain, PA.
Bears Picnic is an all age 3-day family-friendly camping music festival, held at Blain Picnic Grounds, surrounded by Tuscarora State Forest! The venue offers shaded camping along Sherman Creek with swimming holes, a playground and plenty of space.

Tickets:
Children Ages 12 and under are FREE!! All kids ages 17 and under MUST be accompanied and supervvised by a parent or legal guardian.
$100 General Admission 2 Day Pass Friday 8am - Sunday Noon (includes tent/car camping)
$120 General Admission 3 Day Pass Thursday 5pm - Sunday Noon (includes tent/car camping)
$200 VIP Package - Includes preferred parking & tent/car camping (Thursday 5 PM-Sunday Noon), 4 PM Early Arrival, a Commemorative Laminate, Commemorative Get Down Gift, and an event poster.
$100 RV/Camper/Oversized Vehicle Permit (Hookups are NOT available) - This permit is for one (1) RV or Truck & Trailer Combo that is 40’ or under. The permit includes a 20x 40’ space to park and set up camp. It does not include admission, which is required for everyone attending.
No Refunds. All Sales Final. All ticket transfers are subject to an additional fee and Requests for transfers must be initiated by July 19th.Details are on bottom of your confirmation email.
PETS: If you must bring your pet, read carefully.
There is a $50 Registration/Processing Fee for each pet - No Exceptions! This applies to EVERY animal.
*Pets must have a current rabies vaccination tag to enter.
*For safety reason, pets must be attached to the owner or secured at the campsite, and is not permitted in the concert field, vending area, or children’s play zone.
*Pet owner is responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all feces properly.
VENDING: All craft and food vendors must be pre-approved: Please email bpevending@gmail.com with subject “BP Vending Request" for an application. Include contact info, photo sampling of products, and links online presence. (Last years vendors do not need to resend photos or links.)
No unauthorized vending – if you’re not a registered vendor you may not sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds. No exceptions. Unauthorized vendors will be removed without ticket refund.

The gates open at 5 pm Thursday. When possible, we try to get VIP in a little earlier. GA 3 Day Weekend Pass - 5 pm 2 Day Pass - Friday at 8 am Friday or Saturday Day Passes (if available) - 8 am on day of ticket.
No. However, there is potable water, and a creek for quick refreshment.
No, it does not. Each person attending is required to have a ticket.
The venue does not have water or electric hookups. Potable water is available and quiet generators are permitted.
Above ground campfires are permitted as long as they are not left unattended, and providing the county has not issued any restrictions. Firewood is not for sale on site.
This is a BYOB event. We do not allow the sale of alcohol. No glass please, especially in concert field.
The venue does not have Wi-Fi and there is not a fixed ATM onsite, so it is best to come prepared.
General Admission tickets will be available at the gate. However, we do not accept debit or credit cards. Cash only.
Yes, only by following the instructions on the bottom of your ticket confirmation email before the cutoff date. Ticket transfers will incur a processing fee.
