Meditation and Yogic Science Class (Beginner Friendly)
How many times have you told yourself "I really need to start meditating"?
Most people never do — not because they lack discipline, but because people think they need to stop their thoughts in order to meditate.
The biggest myth about meditation? That you have to stop your thoughts.
In this session, we unlearn that. You'll discover how effortless meditation becomes when you learn to simply observe your mind rather than wrestle with it.
This workshop goes deeper than stress relief. Rooted in ancient yogic science, we explore a truth the saints of India understood for thousands of years — your outer reality is a direct reflection of the energy you carry within. Your karma isn't just a concept. It lives in your body, stored in your energy centers (chakras), quietly shaping the circumstances you attract — your relationships, your opportunities, your patterns.
Meditation is how you burn that karma. And burning karma is how you change your destiny.
Come as you are. No experience needed. Just bring an open mind.
