Join Old Dominion Mahjong on September 24th at 6:30 PM for a fun and social evening at Aroma II Tasting Room.
Whether you're brand new to Mahjong or looking to build confidence at the table, our beginner friendly Mahjong 101 lesson will help you get started.
The tasting room opens at 4:00 PM, so feel free to arrive early to enjoy a glass of wine and something to eat before settling in for the lesson. Check in begins at 6:00 PM, and the lesson will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
During Mahjong 101, you will learn the fundamentals of American Mahjong, including understanding the tiles and suits, reading the National Mahjong League card, the Charleston, and the flow of the game.
All Mahjong tiles, cards, and supplies are provided by Old Dominion Mahjong, so just bring yourself and get ready to learn.
