How long is the show?

Each show runs for approximately 1 hour. We kindly ask that you use the restroom before the show begins, as doors will close once the performance starts.

How does the ticketing work?

Registration is completely free! Once you select your preferred show time and reserve your tickets, a digital ticket with a QR code will be automatically emailed to you. On the day of the event, simply show the QR code on your phone at the entrance for quick scanning by our ushers.

Can I take photos or videos during the show?

No flash photography or video recording is allowed during the play to avoid distracting the performers and audience. Don't worry—we have a designated media/videographer team capturing the entire event, and photos/videos will be shared with you afterward!

Is seating guaranteed?

Registration secures your entry, but actual seating inside the venue is on a strict first-come, first-seated basis. Doors open 15 minutes before showtime, so we recommend arriving early.

Will all shows be the same?

The core storyline and script remain the same, but you get to experience different talent! We have two sets of casts, bringing unique energy to the shows. Additionally, please note that our very first show will feature a special opening program with stake leaders.

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can reserve?

Yes, there is a maximum of 2 tickets per reservation. We intentionally set this limit to encourage you to bring a non-member friend or a less active youth—to experience the roadshow with you!

What is the schedule for the day, and when does the venue close?

Our final show wraps up at 8:30 PM. Following the final curtain, we will have a one-hour teardown and cleanup period. The venue will be fully closed by 9:00 PM.

How can I help with the cleanup?

Accepted Answer

Many hands make light work! If you are staying after the final show or are part of our cast and support teams, we invite you to stick around from 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM to help us pack up the props, clean the seating area, and reset the venue.

Question 9

Are there microphones used in the performance?

Accepted Answer

No! All songs are performed strictly a cappella, except for the grand finale ("Good Day"). Because of this, we ask our audience to maintain complete silence during the performance so our youth can be heard clearly without amplification.
