A Hands-On Fine Jewelry Making Experience

For one night, step behind the jeweler’s bench and experience what it’s like to design your very own piece of fine jewelry.

Jeweler for the Night is an intimate, hands-on jewelry-making experience where you’ll choose your gemstones, work directly with jewelry wax, and create your own ring or pendant. After the event, your wax design will be professionally cast, finished, and transformed into a piece of jewelry made just for you.

No jewelry-making experience is required! I’ll be there to educate, demonstrate, answer questions, and guide you throughout the entire process.

3 natural gemstones of your choice from a specially curated collection available at the event

2 drink tickets

Jewelry casting wax — enough wax to create up to two designs. This gives you extra material in case you’d like to start over or experiment with a second design before choosing what you’d like produced.

All tools and materials needed to sculpt and complete your wax design during the workshop

Hands-on jewelry-making education and guidance throughout the evening

IMPORTANT: FINISHED JEWELRY IS AN ADDITIONAL COST

Your $180 ticket does NOT include the metal, upgraded gemstones, add-ons, or professional production of your finished jewelry.

By purchasing a ticket, you understand that this is a custom fine jewelry experience and that you are committing to having at least one ring or pendant professionally producedfollowing the workshop.

Your final jewelry price will be calculated at the event after your completed wax is weighed and your metal, gemstones, and optional upgrades are selected.

Because precious-metal pricing fluctuates and every guest’s design will use a different amount of material, finished jewelry pricing cannot be determined until your wax design is completed and weighed.

Your ticket includes three gemstones from our curated event collection.

Want something extra special? A selection of premium gemstone upgrades will also be available for an additional cost.

You may also add:

Fingerprint Personalization — incorporate a fingerprint into your finished piece.

Custom Engraving — add up to three letters or numbers inside your ring or on the back of your pendant.

PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR YOUR FINISHED PIECE

Once your wax is complete and your final production price has been calculated, you may choose:

Pay in FullPay the full balance at the event.

50/50 Payment OptionPay a minimum 50% deposit at the event. The remaining balance will be due three days prior to completion of your jewelry.

FinancingGuests who would like to finance their finished piece must be pre-approved prior to purchasing their event ticket. Approved financing may then be used toward the finished jewelry purchase at the event.

Finished pieces are expected to be completed approximately 3–5 weeks after the event.

Expected cost of producing custom pieces will range from $650-3000.

WHAT THE EVENING LOOKS LIKE

We’ll begin with approximately 30–45 minutes of jewelry education, instruction, and Q&A so you understand the process before getting started.

You’ll then watch a short, two-minute demonstration showing how to work with your wax and incorporate your gemstones.

Then it’s your turn at the bench!

The hands-on portion will be broken into two guided parts, giving you time to design, sculpt, refine, and complete your wax. I’ll be walking around throughout the evening to work with each guest individually, answer questions, and help bring your idea to life.

At the end of the evening, we’ll weigh your completed wax, discuss your metal and upgrade selections, calculate your production cost, and prepare your design to head into professional production.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

One ticket = one guest. Due to the extremely limited number of seats and the hands-on nature of this experience, additional guests or spectators cannot be accommodated.

Safety Waiver: All attendees will be required to review and sign a safety waiver prior to participating.

Cancellation Policy: Ticket cancellations must be made no later than 7 days prior to the event. After that deadline, tickets are non-refundable.

Waitlist: Once the event sells out, a limited waitlist will be available. Please message me directly to request to be added.

Photography + Recording: Per Tower Club Dallas policy, professional cameras, tripods, or professional recording setups are not permitted. Guests are welcome to use their phones to capture short snippets of their experience inside our dedicated event room.

By purchasing your ticket, you acknowledge that you have read the full event description and understand that the $180 ticket covers the workshop experience and included materials only. The cost to professionally produce your finished piece of jewelry is additional and will be calculated at the event.
