Chill Yoga

Chill Yoga

Overview

A gentle, grounding yoga practice influenced by Yin & Restorative Yoga, designed to slow down, release tension, and reconnect.

Chill Yoga with Jason is a gentle, grounding practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and settle into the present moment.

Heavily influenced by Yin and Restorative Yoga, Jason will guide a steady, unhurried flow incorporating longer-held shapes, intentional stillness, and supported postures to encourage release, relaxation, and deeper awareness of the body.

The practice is spacious and grounding, with an emphasis on mindful pacing, intentional movement, and creating a sense of calm both on and off the mat. Options and modifications will be offered throughout, making the class welcoming for both newer students and experienced yogis alike.

This is a donation-based class, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the NW Community Food Bank and Van Ness Main Street, helping support the organizations and community that make these gatherings possible.

Please bring your own mat. Some props will be provided, though you are welcome to bring any additional props you prefer, such as blocks, straps, or blankets.

As part of Yoga on Connecticut, our community yoga project, we're excited to continue creating opportunities for neighbors to gather through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

Plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and set up your space before class begins.
