Do I need to bring a Yoga mat?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but if you don't have one there are a few available for rental (3€ cash). Email imperfect.yoga.beth@gmail.com asap to reserve yours.

Question 2

Do I need to have done yoga before?

Accepted Answer

No, all classes are accessible to all levels! If you are looking for a softer, introspective experience, choose Yin yoga. If you are more sporty, maybe try Vinyasa first.

Question 3

Are these beginner classes?

Accepted Answer

No, they are not beginner classes, they are mixed level - Yin is all level and Vinyasa is sequenced to offer simpler transitions and poses to beginners and much more challenging options for those who want that-

Question 4

Do I have to stay for food afterwards?

Accepted Answer

Yes! - That's the idea. you pay for yoga and food separately, but our agreement with the space is that we stay for food afterwards so please only sign up if you intend to eat something with us afterwards.

Question 5

Should I arrive early?

Accepted Answer

If you can arrive 5 minutes before class, that's great. if your spot is reserved and paid you will not be refused entry if late, but you will have to join the flow wherever we are up to with it. We try to start on time, but we are sympathetic with transport difficulties in the city.

Question 6

Does everybody here already know one another?

Accepted Answer

We have Imperfect yogis who come every week and have attended multiple retreats, others pop in every now and again, and we have drop-ins every week. Groups are small and the atmosphere friendly / family vibes. You won't feel 'out of place'!
