With the Harvest Moon still shining above and autumn freshness in the air, let this seasonal threshold be an invitation to gather and replenish for the cooler months ahead.

We'll begin our session with targeted techniques to calm the physiological stress response and soothe the mind. Next, your very important job is just to let your brain and body be "bathed" (fully clothed) in the smooth, undulating waves of sound played live using crystal alchemy singing bowls and other instruments. By the end, you'll be ready for a deep, refreshing night of sleep.

Doors open at 7:45pm, session from 8-9:15pm. Doors will close at 8pm, no late arrivals admitted. Please allow time to check into the faciliity at the front desk and for the event and set up your mat and props before the session begins.

Tickets $15 SBP member/ $40 general public includes DISCOUNTED same-day access to all SBP facilities incl sauna, climbing terrain, fitness gym, coworking spaces, and regularly scheduled yoga and fitness classes.

Meet your instructor: Ourah blends her backgrounds in the arts and medicine to teach relaxation as a refinable skill. A fascia-forward, board-certified Chinese medicine practitioner, she weaves philosophy and research with sound and movement, empowering clients to steward their own wellness. @ouraharts
