Join Chef Aarika at Renegade Brewing for a hands-on pop-up workshop dedicated to two stuffed pasta favorites. You’ll work with fresh pasta dough and learn the techniques for transforming it into both ravioli and tortellini.
Start with Pumpkin Ravioli paired with a nutty Brown Butter Sage Sauce. Then learn the signature fold of Lamb Tortellini, served with a rich Marinara Sauce.
It’s a chance to get hands-on, learn the difference between two classic pasta shapes, and enjoy a cozy fall meal you helped create.
