Join us at Hull & Oak at The Laura Hotel for an intimate evening of exceptional food and wine at the Adair Family Wine Dinner, featuring a specially curated menu by Executive Chef Tiago Diz de Almeida.

Begin the evening with a welcome glass of wine and passed bites at 6:30 PM, followed by a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner beginning at 7:00 PM. Each course, created by Chef Tiago, is paired with a selection of wines from acclaimed producers.

A winery ambassador will be on hand throughout the evening to guide guests through the featured wines, share insights into the vineyards and winemaking process, and bring each pairing to life.
