Michael became a fan of whiskey while he was still a fashion photographer in New York. After 9/11, he made plans to leave New York and start a whiskey distillery, which became his true passion. Now based in Colorado Springs, Michael is coming by Seven Grand to bring his array of whiskies and sip some with us!
