Monday Sound Sessions – Gong Bath | September 2026

The Gong Bath is a 75-minute journey built around the rich, resonant and evolving sounds of the 2 gongs. Instead of moving between many different instruments, this session gives the gong space to become the main voice of the experience.

The sound develops gradually, moving between subtle vibrations and fuller, more immersive waves of sound. At times the gong may feel close and intimate; at other moments it can fill the entire space.

There is no need to analyze or understand the sounds. You are invited simply to listen, notice what you experience and allow yourself to rest.

Agata combines the gong with carefully chosen complementary sounds and periods of silence, creating an experience that is spacious rather than continuously filled with sound.

What to expect

You will spend most of the session lying comfortably on a mat.

After a short grounding and introduction, the gong journey gradually unfolds. The final part of the session includes quiet and integration, giving your nervous system time to settle before you return to your evening.

The experience can be deeply relaxing, but it may also feel more intense or dynamic than a traditional sound bath. Every person experiences the sounds differently.

No previous experience is needed.

Whether you are completely new to gong baths or already familiar with them, you are welcome.

About Agata:

Agata is a Sound therapist, Medicine Woman, Ayurvedic massage therapist & Ayurvedic therapist. She is a founder of Agata Wholistic Touch.

She was in a 3,5 year training under 2 shamans who help her to expand working with a music as a medicine.

She works with voice, body & sound, offering reconnecting with your voice workshops, sound bath sessions and ceremonies (cacao, sacred tobacco rapé and truffles) to the groups, 1-1 and companies.
