Lakewood ADHD Clarity Workshop

Bring a project, decision, life situation, business idea, creative problem, personal-admin pile, or anything else your brain is struggling to organize. It can be messy, vague, half-started, or emotionally tangled.

During the workshop, you will:

• Get competing thoughts out of your head
• Sort them into useful groups
• Identify what matters most right now
• Choose 2–3 realistic next steps
• Leave with a simple plan you can return to later

This is not therapy, a productivity bootcamp, a hustle session, or an attempt to fix your life in 90 minutes. It is a practical space for creating enough clarity and structure to move forward.

What to bring

Just bring yourself. I provide sticky notes, pens, and all workshop materials. If you already have a messy list or notes you want to work through, you are welcome to bring them, but nothing is required.

You are welcome to participate quietly, skip sharing, take breaks, stim, move around, or engage in whatever way works for your brain and body.

Flexible-price admission may be available for folx who need a different price. Choose an amount that feels fair and sustainable for you. Paying less does not change your admission or participation, and paying more helps make lower-cost attendance possible for others.

Registration and arrival

Advance registration is required. Please register through Eventbrite before ticket sales close; walk-in registration is not available.

The workshop is held at the library shown for your selected date. Registered attendees will receive the exact room and arrival details by email before the workshop. If the venue changes after registration, that update will also be sent by email, so please register with an address you check.

Refunds

Tickets may be refunded through Eventbrite up to three days before the workshop.
