Meet the Moment on Saturdays is your weekly opportunity to drop the façade that keeps you safe in modern life and roll out the red carpet for the parts of you that rarely see the light of day. There will be space for Outrage, Grief, Unreasonable Joy, and others to be fully expressed. Arrive as you are; leave feeling connected and cared-for.
What to bring:
- Yourself, as you are
- Cozy nesting supplies - blankets, pillow, yoga mat or cushion
- optional: a pillow or stuffed animal; this is for the situation that your screams or your tears feel shy and want to be caught somewhere soft
