Join us at the Library for the Performing Arts for the horror-comedy classic Ghostbusters as part of our New Classics series at the Library for Performing Arts. Watch as Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis bring their wit and humor to the big screen.

The movie follows four scientists as they take on new roles after they lose their positions at a prestigious university in New York City. Meet Dr. Ray Stantz, played by a young Dan Aykroyd, Dr. Egdon Spengler, played by Harold Ramis, Dr. Peter Venkman and Dr. Winston Zeddmore, played by Bill Murray and Ernie Hudson respectively. Watch the journey of a lifetime, and how it leads them to come together to save New York City from phantom mania!

Looking for a free film series for the whole family? New Classics at the Library for the Performing Arts is our new series featuring films you know and love. Join us on select Saturdays at 1 PM to experience iconic stories on the big screen at our Bruno Walter Auditorium.

Each film screening will be introduced by a specially curated short film from our Reserved Film and Video Collection, offering a unique look at our collection.
