Hosted by The Kelly Ballroom and Southern Wine & Spirits, this five-course dinner will take guests on a culinary journey through Cambridge Springs’ celebrated railroad and resort era.
Each autumn-inspired course will be paired with a thoughtfully selected wine, while stories of grand hotels, mineral springs, passenger trains and the famous Cambridge Springs chess tournament bring the evening to life. Settle in, raise a glass and enjoy a one-night-only experience inspired by the golden age of travel—no luggage required!
