Four Pinot Noirs from Burgundy, Oregon, the Finger Lakes, and Sonoma poured side by side.
Same grape, four very different places. Taste what terroir actually means.
Pinot Noir is the grape that shows its origin more clearly than almost any other, and this tasting puts that on full display. We're pouring four wines from four of the world's benchmark Pinot regions and tasting them side by side so you can pick out exactly how climate, soil and winemaking shape the glass.
The lineup:
Louis Jadot Pommard, Burgundy, France
Rambeaux, Willamette Valley, Oregon
Forge Cellars, Seneca Lake, New York
Gary Farrell, Russian River Valley, Sonoma, California
Our staff will guide you through each pour and give you the background on the region and producer. Come with questions.
Seating is limited. Tickets are $49 and include all four pours.
