講演内容 私たちは「努力、学歴、そして成果が評価される」と教えられてきました。しかし、激戦の就職市場では、優れた仕事をするだけでは十分ではありません。今回は、自分らしさを損なうことなく自分の価値を相手に認識してもらう方法について考えます。雇用側の視点から、他の候補者との差別化につながるポイント、自分の強みを見つけて効果的に伝える方法、そして経験を魅力的なキャリアストーリーへと変える方法を探ります。さらに、謙虚さや組織への貢献といった価値観を含めて、self-promotionとself-advocacyの違いを考えます。目指すのは、別人になることではありません。あなたがどのような人で、どのような価値をもたらすのかを、周囲に正しく理解してもらうことです。In many cultures, we are taught that hard work, education, and results should speak for themselves. But in today’s competitive job market, doing great work is only part of the equation. Others also need to understand the value you bring.In this session, we will explore how to market yourself without compromising who you are. From an employer’s perspective, we will examine what makes candidates stand out, how to identify and articulate your strengths, and how to turn experience into a compelling professional story.Most importantly, we will explore the difference between self-promotion and self-advocacy while honoring cultural values of humility and contribution.The goal is not to become someone else. It is to ensure others can see who you are, and the value you bring.

パオラ・カンポス　米国三井物産人事課VP, GM グローバル人事分野で25年以上の豊富な経験を有し、ダイバーシティ＆インクルージョン、エグゼクティブコーチング、人材獲得における戦略的リーダーシップで高く評価されている。これまでに、世界的な広告代理店で18年間勤務した経験を含め、多様な組織において人材戦略を牽引してきた。Paola Campos (VP and General Manager of Human Resources at Mitsui and Co. USA, Inc.,) She is ecognized for her strategic leadership in global HR with over 25 years of experience, notably in diversity and inclusion, executive coaching, and talent acquisition, including 18 years at a global advertising firm.
