The event is designed for truck drivers, fleet owners, trucking companies, entrepreneurs, transportation professionals, industry leaders, vendors, corporate partners and supporters of the trucking community.

Will there be food & refreshments?

Yes. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served throughout the evening, along with dedicated dessert and beverage stations. Guests can enjoy a variety of savory bites, nonalcoholic refreshments, sweets and seasonal treats while networking, celebrating and enjoying the program.

What can I expect during the evening?

Guests can expect industry awards and recognition, featured speakers, professional networking, a live DJ, music, giveaways, prizes, vendor experiences, photo opportunities, food, refreshments and plenty of holiday energy.

Is there a dress code?

There is no formal dress code, but guests are encouraged to where ugly christmas sweaters, there may even be a little friendly competition, so don’t be afraid to show up festive!

What are the requirements for the Toy Drive?

Yes. Each ticketed guest is asked to bring one new, unwrapped toy to support our Toys for Tots holiday initiative. There is no minimum dollar amount required.

Yes. This is an 18+ event.

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes admission to the event, access to the evening’s programming and entertainment, heavy hors d’oeuvres, refreshments, networking opportunities, vendor experiences and the Highway Hustlin’ Christmas Party experience.

What is the difference between General Admission and Preferred Seating?

General Admission includes entry to the event and general event seating.
Preferred Seating includes assigned reserved seating in a designated preferred section.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Accepted Answer

No. All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Will tickets be available at the door?

Accepted Answer

No. Tickets will not be sold at the door. All tickets must be purchased in advance through Eventbrite and will remain available online until the event sells out. Because capacity is limited, guests are strongly encouraged to secure tickets early.

Will there be vendors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A limited number of approved vendors will be featured throughout the event, giving attendees an opportunity to discover businesses, products and services connected to the trucking, transportation and entrepreneurial communities.

How can I become a vendor?

Accepted Answer

Vendor applications are available separately and are reviewed for audience fit, professionalism, product or service variety and potential sponsor conflicts. Space is limited.

How can my company become a sponsor?

Accepted Answer

Sponsorship opportunities are available for corporations, industry partners, small businesses and brands looking to connect with the Highway Hustlin’ audience.

Yes. Photography and video will be captured throughout the event for Highway Hustlin’ promotional, recap, social media and sponsor-related content. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge that your image, likeness and appearance may be photographed or recorded and may be used
