Guests may enter through either the front or rear entrance. The rear entrance is conveniently located near the parking lot.

Please plan to arrive at 2:00 PM. This will give you time to check in, enjoy the cold tea station, and get settled before the first course begins at 2:20 PM.

What happens if I arrive late?

Because this is a timed three-course experience, we strongly encourage everyone to arrive by 2:00 PM. Guests arriving late will be welcomed as quickly as possible, but the courses will continue according to the scheduled timeline.

Each ticket includes access to the cold tea station, tea selections served at the table, and all three afternoon tea courses: the savory course, the scone course, and the dessert finale.

What kinds of tea will be served?

The experience will feature a variety of teas, including black tea, green tea, dragon hibiscus tea, chamomile tea, lavender tea, peach tea, apple blossom tea, and butterfly pea tea.

No. Alcohol is not included and will not be served during the afternoon tea event.

Can I purchase alcohol before or after the event?

Yes. Guests who are 21 or older may purchase alcoholic beverages separately before or after the event. A valid photo ID will be required.

Can I order additional food from the regular menu?

Yes. Guests may order additional food or beverages from our regular menu before or after the afternoon tea. Regular menu items will not be served during the timed tea experience.

Yes. Advance tickets are required, and seating is limited. Admission at the door cannot be guaranteed.

There is no required dress code. Guests are welcome to dress up, wear their favorite tea-party attire or hat, or simply come as they are.

Please contact The Charred Oak Tavern before purchasing your ticket to ask whether your specific dietary restriction or allergy can be accommodated. Due to the specially prepared and timed nature of the menu, accommodations cannot be guaranteed unless they have been confirmed in advance.

Absolutely. Guests are welcome to visit The Charred Oak Tavern before or after the event to order separately from our regular food and beverage menu.

No. A regular dining reservation does not include admission to the afternoon tea. A separate Eventbrite ticket is required for every afternoon tea guest.

The afternoon tea begins at 2:00 PM and concludes at 5:00 PM. The three tea courses will be served between 2:20 PM and 4:30 PM, followed by relaxed mingling and farewell time until 5:00 PM.
