Five wines from small Portuguese producers. Zero pressure to say the word "minerality". Seats are limited. Book before it fills up.
Here is the thing about Portuguese wine: the bottles that get imported, distributed, and put on every list are picked because they are easy to sell, not because they are the best thing in the country. Meanwhile, there are tiny producers making genuinely brilliant wine who have no marketing budget and no way of reaching you.
On Friday 19 September, we are opening five of those bottles at Levö.
What happens:
- Five wines, poured and talked through one by one
- The story behind each producer: who they are, where they are, why the wine tastes the way it does
- How to actually read a label and order confidently anywhere
- Questions welcome, especially the ones you think are stupid. They are not
- Snacks included
Who it is for: anyone curious about wine. You do not need to know anything. The project is called Clueless Wines for a reason.
