🐾 Ceramic Pinch Pot Pets Workshop (2-Part Series)

Get creative and bring a tiny clay companion to life! In this hands-on ceramic workshop, kids, teens, and anyone looking for a playful creative outlet will learn how to shape clay using the pinch pot technique to create their very own ceramic pet.

Part 1: Sculpting

Participants will learn the basics of hand-building with clay as they design and sculpt a pinch pot pet—think cats, dogs, frogs, mythical creatures, or something totally unique! We’ll focus on form, texture, and adding personality to each piece.

Part 2: Glazing (Painting)

Once pieces have dried and been fired in the kiln, participants will return to paint and glaze their ceramic pets. After glazing, pieces will be fired a second time to make them food-safe, durable, and ready to take home.
