Sacred Roots is a grounding journey centered around the Root Chakra — Muladhara, our energetic foundation connected to safety, stability, belonging, embodiment, and our relationship with the physical world.
Through intentional movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, we will bring awareness to the root chakra and explore practices designed to help release stagnant energy, reconnect with the body, and cultivate a deeper sense of grounding and inner stability.
This class is an invitation to slow down, feel your feet beneath you, reconnect with the wisdom of your body, and remember:
