• Tickets will be fully refunded for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event.

• If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we may offer your spot to another participant.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable, as space will already have been reserved for your participation.

• If The Word Forum cancels or reschedules the tour, your ticket will be fully refunded or may be applied to a future tour.
