Real Food Academy Tampa Cooking Class

We’re excited to bring The Real Food Academy Tampa to Armarute Works with hands-on cooking classes designed to help kids build confidence in the kitchen while learning healthy habits for life.

Our classes go beyond simply following a recipe. Kids cook from scratch, learn practical kitchen skills, explore new ingredients, and discover the difference between Real Food and Ultra-Processed Food—all in a fun, interactive environment.

Kids ages 5 & up can participate with or without a parent/caregiver
