Join us for an exclusive screening of a documentary following mother-son stand-up comedy duo as the explore identity, culture, and family.
Comedy Family Style is a documentary about a San Francisco mother and son duo doing just that. Helen Chu and her 10 year-old son Evan Ho are stand-up comedians. The film takes us from the Bay to Beijing, where Helen revisits her past.
Helen and Evan are back home to host the official San Francisco screening of their documentary. Stick around after the screening for a quick Q&A session with Helen and Evan.
Space is limited to 50 guest. Please arrive by 7pm for light bites and refreshments.
We will close doors and screen the documentary at 7:25 pm.
