House of Neo – Halloween Party 2026 will take place Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Where is the event?

The event will be held at Neo Vertika Condominium. Please follow event signage and security instructions upon arrival.

Question 3

How much are guest tickets?

Accepted Answer

Guest presale tickets are $65 per person. Presale ends Friday, October 23 at 6:00 PM. After that time, guest admission increases to $95 per person through Eventbrite, subject to availability.

Question 4

Are Neo Vertika residents free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Eligible Neo Vertika residents receive complimentary admission. Owner and tenant tickets are issued separately through Management and are not available for public purchase.

What does my ticket include?

Admission includes access to the House of Neo Halloween experience, two stages with two DJs, open bar from 9:00 PM–1:00 AM, light bites, and a 360 photo booth

Question 6

Is this a 21+ event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This is a 21+ event. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry and alcohol service.

Question 7

Do I need to bring my Eventbrite ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Have your Eventbrite QR code ready on your phone when you arrive. Tickets will be scanned at check-in. Screenshots, duplicate tickets, or previously scanned tickets may be rejected.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Guest-ticket transfers should be completed through Eventbrite when permitted. Resident Owner/Tenant tickets are not transferable and may only be used by the eligible resident to whom they were issued.

Will I receive a wristband?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Attendees will receive the appropriate event wristband after successful ticket verification. Wristbands must remain on for the duration of the event and may not be transferred.

Is there a dress code?

Halloween costumes are strongly encouraged. Come ready for the House of Neo. ? Costumes or props that create a safety concern or could reasonably be mistaken for a real weapon will not be permitted.

Will alcohol be served?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An open bar will operate from 9:00 PM–1:00 AM. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required. Management and bartenders reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is behaving unsafely.

Will food be available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Light bites will be available. This is not intended to be a full dinner, so guests may want to eat beforehand.

Where do guests park?

Valet parking is available for $36 without resident validation.

If you are attending as the guest of a Neo Vertika resident, please make arrangements with the resident who invited you to obtain a Resident Valet Validation Sticker, which would be $4/hr.

CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Re-entry is permitted as long as your official event wristband remains securely on your wrist and completely intact.

Removed, cut, transferred, excessively damaged, or altered wristbands will not be accepted for re-entry.

DO NOT REMOVE YOUR WRISTBAND IF YOU PLAN TO RETURN.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or if the event is canceled.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

Accepted Answer

If tickets remain available, admission after presale will be $90 through Eventbrite. No cash payments will be accepted at the entrance. Purchasing in advance is strongly recommended because admission is subject to event capacity.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No. Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Can I bring a bag?

Guests are encouraged to bring only essential personal belongings. Management and security reserve the right to restrict items that present a safety concern.

Will photos and videos be taken?

Yes. Photography and videography may take place throughout the event, including the 360 photo booth and event coverage.

What happens if I lose my wristband?

Accepted Answer

Wristbands should be treated like your admission credential. Lost, removed, damaged, or transferred wristbands may not be replaced.

Can Management refuse entry?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Management and security reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for intoxication, disruptive or unsafe behavior, violation of event rules, invalid tickets, or safety/security concerns.

What should I expect from House of Neo?

Accepted Answer

Expect a large-scale Halloween party with approximately 1,000 attendees, two different music experiences, an open bar, dancing, immersive décor, photo opportunities, and a packed house.
