Podcast Society: A Listening & Discussion Night in East Austin

Usually podcasts are consumed while doing something else like commuting, walking, or doing chores around the house.

Podcast Society invites you to do something completely different: listen to one remarkable podcast episode with your complete attention, surrounded by other curious people in a phone-free setting.

Each gathering features a carefully selected podcast episode exploring psychology, culture, relationships, creativity, history, technology or the fascinating journey of just being a human.

We will begin with a short introduction and then listen to the episode together, without phones or interruptions. Afterward, everyone will have a few minutes for private reflection before moving into conversation about the podcast.

You do not need to be familiar with the podcast or the subject. Feel free to bring a notebook if you want to take notes during the podcast.
