Let’s eat a snack, window shop, and catch up before summer's end.
Come be nosy with me!
Summer is coming to a close, so let’s meet up at SoWa Open Market and walk around, eat a treat, drink a coffee, window shop, and catch up on the latest developments in everyone’s lives: crushes, creative projects, career changes, roommate lore, book opinions, friendship drama, and anything else you feel like sharing (someone told me at the last gossip session that this is actually “friendship” and not gossip).
We’re not here to be messy at anyone’s expense. We’re here because community is built through stories, and sometimes the story is, “You won’t believe what happened to me this week.”
There’s a lot of stuff to do and see but no purchase necessary! We’ll meet at the Harrison Avenue entrance to the market and head in around 12:10. I’ll have a bisexual flag to help folks find us.
This event is for bi+ people of all kinds, including bisexual, pansexual, queer, fluid, unlabeled, questioning, and anyone who feels at home under the bi+ umbrella. Come solo, bring a friend, arrive shy or chatty (dealer’s choice), arrive with a book recommendation, arrive ready to dissect your best friend’s breakup or someone else’s work drama.
PSA: If you RSVP for this event, please check out the community guidelines around ghosting. Emergencies come up, but let’s practice good community care where we can.
