SCHEDULING NOTICE

Bring your gifts, strengths and experiences into conversation with people who want to contribute meaningfully. This South Shore/Tampa Bay gathering will create space for reflection, shared learning and practical next steps.

Individualized insight with Dr. Brown

Throughout the workshop, you will have opportunities to share your discoveries, reflections and questions with Dr. Sherry-Ann Brown. Drawing on several years of developing this material, together with professional experience, study, prayer and seasoned discernment, she helps participants recognize meaningful connections among their gifts, strengths, personality, lived experience, aspirations and spheres of influence.

Her leading professional strength and top spiritual gifts inform the individualized observations and questions she brings to this process. As you share what you are discovering, she helps illuminate patterns, points of convergence and possibilities for purposeful stewardship.

This personal dimension extends across both in-person and virtual gatherings through facilitated exercises, interactive conversation and participant reflection. Together, you will consider how emerging insights can shape practical contributions in your work, relationships, leadership, service and community over the next 30, 60 and 90 days.

Who this is for

People serving and leading in business, government, education, healthcare, church and community life, emerging leaders, and anyone exploring gifts, strengths and purpose.

What you will explore

Connect assessment insights with lived experience, explore complementary contributions around the table, and consider how your learning can serve a team, organization or community.

What you will leave with

Develop your Personal Convergence Map, refine an emerging Convergence Identity + Assignment Statement, and choose a First Faithful Move to carry into everyday life.

Your continuing journey

Across the series and your personal follow-through, develop five resources: a Personal Convergence Map; a Convergence Identity + Assignment Statement; a First Faithful Move; a 30-Day Stewardship Plan; and a 90-Day Living Fruit Record. Revisit your first step after seven days, reflect and adjust at 30 days, and observe what develops over 90 days.
