All sales are final and tickets are non-transferable to other children. Refunds are only granted under extenuating circumstances (such as a medical emergency with a doctor's certificate).

No, walk-ins are strictly not permitted. All participants must be pre-booked online so we can maintain safe staff-to-child ratios.

What does my child need to bring on the day?

Space is limited, so please bring only a single small backpack containing:

- Water bottle
- Jumper or jacket
- Hat for outdoor play

Full catering is provided, so extra food or snacks are not required unless needed for specific medical reasons.

Please list all dietary needs during the online registration process. Because catering is pre-ordered based on this data, we cannot guarantee last-minute changes on the day.

Can someone else pick up my child?

Yes, but they must be listed as an authorized proxy on your registration form. If plans change on the day, you must notify staff in writing at morning check-in. Photo ID may be requested upon collection.

Will there be a movie shown?

Yes, we will screen a G-rated movie during the afternoon session. We will email all registered parents with the exact movie title one week prior to the event. An alternative quiet activity will also be available for children who prefer not to watch.
