HG Cold Club: Rooftop Plunge & Wellness Experience

HG Cold Club is a day well spent: breath work, ice plunges, rooftop mat Pilates, cold-pressed juice, breakfast tacos, live music, and a $100+ swag bag - all in one curated wellness event on the rooftop of HG Dallas. This is approachable wellness, not extreme fitness. Whether you're a cold plunge veteran or a total first timer, our facilitator walks you through every step.

The rooftop bar will be open for optional Cold Club cocktails and mocktails and the rooftop kitchen will be open for BOGO breakfast tacos and fruit & granola parfaits — crafted for recovery and priced separately.

Spots are strictly capped at 150 guests. No waitlist. No additional tickets.

WHAT TO EXPECT

✦ Check-in opens at 11:00 AM - arrive on time!

✦ Cold plunge rotations run every 5-10 minutes

✦ Mat Pilates class every 45 mins (4 total: 11AM, 11:45AM, 12:30PM, 1:15PM)

✦ Vendor Partners with activation at each booth

✦ Upstairs Kitchen & Juice Bar open 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

✦ Event wraps by 2:00 PM (or stay and hangout on the rooftop!)
