Guests must arrive between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Doors will close promptly at 9:00 PM, and no late entry will be permitted. Because this is an immersive murder mystery experience with a timed schedule, all guests are expected to arrive within the designated check-in window so they can experience the evening from the beginning. If you arrive after 9:00 PM and are unable to enter, no refunds will be issued. Please plan accordingly — once the doors close, the mystery begins.
